“I understand that by signing this form my membership can be discontinued at any time if the Club or its officers have reason to believe that I, or a member of my family operates an ATV/UTV/Dirt-bike in a dangerous, unlawful or irresponsible manner that may cause harm to any individual or landowner relations. I further understand that my membership fee is non-refundable and is used to support the Club as a whole. I agree to hold harmless the Lakes Region ATV Club, Inc. from all liabilities from involvement in the Club or its activities.”
